DPPA2 Antibody (PA5-47898) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of DPPA2 in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells. Samples were incubated in DPPA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47898) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.

Target Information
The DPPA2 (Developmental Pluripotency Associated 2) gene is prominently expressed in embryonic stem cells and is critical for maintaining their pluripotency and self-renewal capabilities. Located on chromosome 3, DPPA2 belongs to a family of genes that play significant roles in early embryonic development and epigenetic remodeling. The expression of DPPA2 is tightly regulated through mechanisms such as DNA methylation, and it is involved in regulatory pathways that control the expression of core pluripotency factors.
