          DRD1 Antibody (720276) in WB

Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of U-2 OS (Lane 1), Tissue lysates of (30 µg lysate) Mouse Stomach (Lane 2), Rat Stomach (Lane 3), Mouse Brain (Lane 4). The blots were probed with Anti-Dopamine receptor D1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 720276, 1-2 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.4 µg/mL, 1:2500 dilution). A 48 kDa band corresponding to Dopamine receptor D1 was observed. Known quant... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Product Specific Information

These Polyclonal antibodies are of rabbit origin developed by immunizing animals with proteins or peptides. The polyclonal antibody is purified by affinity purification from the rabbit sera generated after immunizing the rabbits with a specific type of protein or peptide. The purified antibody is tested for its functionality in various relevant research applications. The antibody is developed for Research Use Only and is non-hazardous or non-infectious in nature.

This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Cat, Bovine and Pig.

          Target Information

The D1 subtype is the most abundant dopamine receptor in the central nervous system. This G-protein coupled receptor stimulates adenylyl cyclase and activates cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases. D1 receptors regulate neuronal growth and development, mediate some behavioral responses, and modulate dopamine receptor D2-mediated events. Alternate transcription initiation sites result in two transcript variants of this gene.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
