DRIL1 Antibody (PA5-96754) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DRIL1 in paraffin-embedded human lung cancer. Samples were incubated with DRIL1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96754) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
The mouse Bright (B-cell regulator of IgH transcription) protein is expressed specifically in B cells and transactivates an IgH enhancer in transient transfection assays. Bright and the Drosophila 'dead ringer' (dri) gene product belong to a protein family whose members share a conserved DNA-binding domain termed the 'A/T-rich interaction domain' (ARID).
