EDEM3 Antibody (PA5-115159) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of EDEM3 in human gastric cancer. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115159) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
Involved in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD). Accelerates the glycoprotein ERAD by proteasomes, by catalyzing mannose trimming from Man8GlcNAc2 to Man7GlcNAc2 in the N-glycans. Seems to have alpha 1,2-mannosidase activity.
