EIF2A Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of ( -20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using 11233-1-AP (EIF2A antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L).

EIF2A Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer using 11233-1-AP (EIF2A antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

EIF2A Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse pancreas tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11233-1-AP (EIF2A Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

EIF2A Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with .2ug EIF2A antibody (11233-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

EIF2A Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-EIF2A (IP:11233-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:11233-1-AP 1:1000) with MCF-7 cells lysate 3250ug.
