ERO1LB Antibody (PA5-100065) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of ERO1LB in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and ERO1LB polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100065) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ERO1LB.
Target Information
ERO1LB is essential oxidoreductase that oxidizes proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum to produce disulfide bonds. ERO1LB acts by oxidizing directly P4HB/PDI isomerase through a direct disulfide exchange. ERO1LB does not act as a direct oxidant of folding substrate, but relies on P4HB/PDI to transfer oxidizing equivalent.
