Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 1mM EDTA buffer, pH 8.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is prostate carcinoma.
KMT6 / Enhancer of zeste homologue 2 (EZH2) is a histone lysine methyl transferase which is associated with transcriptional repression. EZH2 is ubiquitously expressed during early embryo genesis, and becomes restricted to the central and peripheral nervous systems and sites of fetal hematopoiesis during later development.
