PA1-31989 detects ErbB3 from mouse, and human samples.
PA1-31989 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin), ELISA, and Western blot applications. Western blot detects a band of ~148 kDa, and has a predicted molecular weight of 161 kDa. Mouse brain lysate can be used as a positive control.
