FCGRT Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded) analysis of human lung tissue using an anti-FCGRT polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-42871).

FCGRT Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot was performed using Anti-FCGRT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-42871) and a 39 kDa band corresponding to IgG receptor FcRn large subunit p51 was observed THP-1 but not in HEL 92.1.7 which is reported to be low to negative in expression. Additional uncharacterized bands (*) were observed around 80-100 kDa. Membrane enriched extracts (60 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1) and HEL 92.1.7 (Lane 2) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (Product # PA5-42871, 0.5 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:20,000) using the iBright FL1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
