Western Blot analysis of FKTN using a FKTN Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97754). Positive WB detected in: Hela whole cell lysate, A549 whole cell lysate, PC-3 whole cell lysate, MCF-7 whole cell lysate. All lanes: FKTN antibody at 1:2000. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 54 kDa.
