FLT3LG Antibody (PA5-47603) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of FLT3LG in immersion fixed HT-2 mouse T cell line. Samples were incubated in FLT3LG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47603) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Flt-3 Ligand is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
