FN3K Antibody (PA5-114735) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of FN3K in mouse colorectal tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114735) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
FN3K catalyzes phosphorylation of fructosamines formed by glycation, the nonenzymatic reaction of glucose with primary amines followed by Amadori rearrangement. Phosphorylation of fructosamines may initiate metabolism of the modified amine and result in deglycation of glycated proteins.
