FOXC2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Rat spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23066-1-AP (FOXC2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Target Information

Forkhead box protein C2 (FOXC2) is a transciptional activator and is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. FOXC2 may be involved in the formation of special mesenchymal tissues. Mutations affecting the gene can cause lymphedema-distichiasis (LYD).
