Human FOXM1 shares 75% and 76% amino acid (aa) sequences identity with mouse and rat FOXM1, respectively.
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human COLO320 whole cell, human SW620 whole cell, human SKOV whole cell, human MCD-7 whole cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
FOXM1 (forkhead box protein M1) is a transcriptional factor regulating the expression of cell cycle genes essential for DNA replication and mitosis. FOXM1 plays a role in the control of cell proliferation and DNA break repairs participating in the DNA damage checkpoint response.
