Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human placenta tissue, human U-87MG whole cell, human K562 whole cell, rat spleen tissue, rat ovary tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse ovary tissue.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
FSCN2 acts as an actin bundling protein. May play a pivotal role in photoreceptor cell-specific events, such as disk morphogenesis.
