FUS/TLS Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of ( -20°C Ethanol ) fixed HepG2 cells using 11570-1-AP (FUS/TLS antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L).

FUS/TLS Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 11570-1-AP ( FUS/TLS Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens).

FUS/TLS Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11570-1-AP (FUS/TLS Antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

FUS/TLS Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug FUS/TLS antibody (11570-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

FUS/TLS Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-FUS (IP:11570-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:11570-1-AP 1:1000) with K-562 cells lysate 4000ug.

Target Information

This gene encodes a multifunctional protein component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complex. The hnRNP complex is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and the export of fully processed mRNA to the cytoplasm. This protein belongs to the FET family of RNA-binding proteins which have been implicated in cellular processes that include regulation of gene expression, maintenance of genomic integrity and mRNA/microRNA processing. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Defects in this gene result in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis type 6.
