PA1-334 detects FXR in mouse samples.
PA1-334 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~55 kDa protein representing FXR in mouse liver samples. An unknown band at ~60 kDa is also observed in western blots.

Farnesoid X-activated receptor (FXR), also known as the Bile acid receptor, is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. FXR is involved in the regulation of bile acid metabolism. FXR forms a heterodimeric complex with the retinoic X receptor in the presence of a ligand. FXR is expressed primarily in liver and kidney.
The corresponding gene for the FXR is NR1H4.
