FZR1 Antibody (PA5-100535) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of FZR1 was performed using 70% confluent log phase A-431 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.01% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
FZR is a 7WD domain family member implicated in cell cycle regulation of Drosophila and yeast. It has been shown that the over expression of fzr proteins increases natural killer cell-mediated cell death and as a result, suppresses tumor growth. The fzr protein is essential for cyclosome activity.
