Filamin A Antibody (PA5-86143) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of Filamin A in 3T3-L1 cells. Sample was incubated with polyclonal Filamin A antibody (Product # PA5-86143) using a 1:100 dilution, and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L)-FITC and Hoechst (nuclei staining) secondary antibodies at a dilution of 1:200.

Target Information
Filamin functions as a crosslinking protein forming a flexible link between two actin filaments. It is composed of two identical polypeptide chains each joined to the other at one end, with an actin binding site at the other. It is present in human platelets, lymphocytes, fibroblasts and smooth muscle actin.
