          Filamin A Antibody (PA5-99516) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of Filamin A in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with Filamin A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99516) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated go... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Filamin A.

          Target Information

Filamin functions as a crosslinking protein forming a flexible link between two actin filaments. It is composed of two identical polypeptide chains each joined to the other at one end, with an actin binding site at the other. It is present in human platelets, lymphocytes, fibroblasts and smooth muscle actin.
