Western blot of Flavin reductase in human liver lysate was performed using 35ug protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a Flavin reductase polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37843) at a dilution of 0.3ug/ml and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
