GAS7 Antibody (PA5-87191) in WB
Western blot analysis of GAS7 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with GAS7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-87191) using a dilution of 1:3,000 followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per Lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
Growth arrest-specific 7 is expressed primarily in terminally differentiated brain cells and predominantly in mature cerebellar Purkinje neurons. GAS7 plays a putative role in neuronal development. Several transcript variants encoding proteins which vary in the N-terminus have been described.
