Immunocytochemistry analysis of GLAST in Neuro2A cells. Samples were incubated with GLAST polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72895) using a dilution of 1:250 followed by Dylight 488 (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and DyLight 550 (red). Image objective 40X.
