GLAST Antibody (PA5-80012) in WB
Western blot was performed using GLAST Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80012) and a 55 kDa band corresponding to GLAST was observed across all the tissues tested except Mouse Lung, Mouse Liver and Mouse Kidney. In addition to this, a band at ~130 kDa was also observed which could be the glycosylated form of GLAST.
