GPSN2 Antibody (PA5-100691) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of GPSN2 in mouse heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with GPSN2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100691) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
Microsomal long and very long chain fatty acid elongation uses malonyl-CoA as the 2-carbon donor and consists of 4 sequential reactions. GPSN2 catalyzes the final step, reducing trans-2, 3-enoyl-CoA to saturated acyl-CoA.
