GRASP65 Antibody (A304-562A) in IP
Detection of human GRASP65 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GRASP65 antibody (Product # A304-562A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. GRASP65 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GRASP65 antibody A304-563A. For blotting immunoprecipitated GRASP65, A304-562A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
Grasp65 is a structural protein of the golgi apparatus. It has been implicated in the stacking of golgi cisternae. Grasp65 is shown to have the properties to bind surfaces together in a mitotically regulated matter.
