GRK5 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of GRK5 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with GRK5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106484) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

GRK5 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of GRK5 in 293 cell lysate. Samples were incubated with GRK5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106484).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein-coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The protein phosphorylates the activated forms of G protein-coupled receptors thus initiating their deactivation. It has also been shown to play a role in regulating the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
