PA5-30050 targets TFIIF in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples.
The PA5-30050 immunogen is recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 255 and 472 of Human TFIIF.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
TFIIF is a general transcription initiation factor that binds to RNA polymerase II and helps to recruit it to the initiation complex in collaboration with TFIIB. It promotes transcription elongation.
