HOMER1 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of ( -20°C Ethanol) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using 12433-1-AP (HOMER1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L).

HOMER1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human gliomas tissue slide using 12433-1-AP ( HOMER1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens) heat mediated antigen retrieved with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9).

HOMER1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12433-1-AP (HOMER1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

HOMER1 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug HOMER1 antibody (12433-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

HOMER1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-HOMER1 (IP:12433-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:12433-1-AP 1:1000) with fetal human brain tissue lysate 4000 ug.
