Target Information
Heat Shock Protein 20 (HSP20), encoded by the HSPB6 gene, is a member of the small heat shock protein (sHSP) family, prominently involved in cellular stress response and maintenance of cytoskeletal integrity. HSP20 is ubiquitously expressed across various tissues, including cardiac and smooth muscle, where its roles are vital in modulating stress resilience and muscle function.
