HSP20 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of HSP20 in Lane 1: rat cardiac muscle tissue lysate, Lane 2: rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate, Lane 3: rat testis tissue lysate, Lane 4: mouse testis tissue lysate, Lane 5: human A431 whole cell lysate. Electrophoresis was performed with 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel (70V, Stacking gel; 90V Resolving gel, Time: 2-3 hours), transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane and blocked using 5% Non-fat Milk/TBS (1.5 hrs at room temperature). Samples were incubated with HSP20 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95454) using a 0.5 µg/mL dilution, followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP at a dilution of 1:10,000, and developed with enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Human Hsp20 shares 88.2% and 92.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat Hsp20, respectively.

Reconstitution information: Add 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Target Information

HSPB6 is associated with actin and modulates smooth muscle relaxation. This locus encodes a heat shock protein. The encoded protein likely plays a role in smooth muscle relaxation.
