HSP90 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using HSP90AA1 antibody 13171-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IGG (red).

HSP90 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using 13171-1-AP (HSP90 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens).

HSP90 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13171-1-AP (HSP90 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

HSP90 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug HSP90 antibody (13171-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Target Information

HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones that have key roles in signal transduction, protein folding, protein degradation, and morphologic evolution. HSP90 proteins normally associate with other cochaperones and play important roles in folding newly synthesized proteins or stabilizing and refolding denatured proteins after stress. There are 2 major cytosolic HSP90 proteins, HSP90AA1, an inducible form, and HSP90AB1 and mitochondria (Chen et al., 2005 ).
