IFT88 Antibody (PA5-99962) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of IFT88 in mouse muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with IFT88 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99962) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the tetratrico peptide repeat family. Mutations of a similar gene in mouse can cause polycystic kidney disease. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
