IGF2BP1 Antibody (PA5-17144) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of IGF2BP1 was performed using 70% confluent log phase PANC-1 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 10 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
IGF2BP1 is a member of the insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein family. The protein contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognition motifs. It functions by binding to the mRNAs of certain genes, including insulin-like growth factor 2, beta-actin and beta-transducin repeat-containing protein, and regulating their translation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
