IGSF11 Antibody (PA5-47668) in ELISA
ELISA of IGSF11 in recombinant Human VSIG3 protein. Samples were incubated in IGSF11 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47668). Protein was serially diluted 2-fold. Antibody was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP followed by Substrate Solution and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution.
