IL1RAPL2 Antibody (PA5-47039) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of IL1RAPL2 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin. Samples were incubated with IL1RAPL2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47039) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG HRP Secondary Antibody. Tissue was stained with DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

In direct ELISAs, approximately 35% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1 RAPL2/IL-1 R9 is observed. In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-1 R7 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIL-1 R2 and rhIL-1 R8 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the interleukin 1 receptor family. This protein is similar to the interleukin 1 accessory proteins, and is most closely related to interleukin 1 receptor accessory protein-like 1 (IL1RAPL1). This gene and IL1RAPL1 are located at a region on chromosome X that is associated with X-linked non-syndromic mental retardation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
