Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of SH-SY5Y cells using IL2RG Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119907) at 1:200 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 minutes, permeabilized with 0.01% Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 minutes, and then blocked with 2% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature. IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
