IL2RG Antibody (PA5-47409) in Neu
Neutralization of IL2RG in MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in IL2RG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47409). Recombinant Human IL‚2 stimulates proliferation in the MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL‚2 (30 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human Common γ Chain/IL‚2 Rγ Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 20-60 µg/mL.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-2 R gamma is observed, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-2 R beta is observed, and less than 2% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 R alpha is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <1.0 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
