IQGAP2 Antibody (PA5-95484) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of IQGAP2 using anti-IQGAP2 antibody (Product # PA5-95484) . IQGAP2 was detected in a section of MCF7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-IQGAP2 antibody (Product # PA5-95484) overnight at 4°C. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela cell, human placenta tissue, human HepG2 cell, mouse stomach tissue. IHC: human lung cancer tissue, human mammary cancer tissue. ICC/IF: MCF7 cell. Flow: U20S cell, SiHa cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Binds to activated CDC42 and RAC1 but does not seem to stimulate their GTPase activity. Associates with calmodulin.
