IRAK-M Antibody (PA5-14916) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of IRAK-M in paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue. Samples were incubated with IRAK-M polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-14916) using a dilution of 1:100 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by undiluted CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by EDTA buffer (pH 9 0).

Target Information
IRAK3 serine/threonine kinase or interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3 is a member of the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase protein family which are essential components of the Toll/IL-R immune signal transduction pathways. IRAK3 is primarily expressed in monocytes and macrophages and functions as a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor signaling. IRAK3 mediates critical aspects of innate immunity that result in an immunocompromised state during sepsis. Mutations in IRAK3 are associated with a susceptibility to asthma.
