PA5-27809 targets JIK in IF, IHC (P), and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-27809 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 249 and 638 of Human JIK.
Inhibits the basal activity of Jun kinase. Negatively regulated by epidermal growth factor (EGF). When overexpressed, may activate ERK1/ERK2 and JNK/SAPK.
