JUNB Antibody (CL488-10486) in Flow
1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 µg Coralite® Plus 488 JUNB Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-10486) (red), or 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Target Information
JunB, a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family, is a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It is involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. JunB binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in cellular communication pathways that regulate growth, development, and differentiation.
