K-Ras (Q61R Mutant) Antibody (PA5-143385) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of K-Ras (Q61R Mutant) in RAS (WT) and RAS (Q61R Mutant) transfected 293T cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: RAS (Q61R Mutant) stained by RAS (Q61R Mutant) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143385) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
