KDM6A Antibody (PA5-76604) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of KDM6A in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer. Samples were incubated with KDM6A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76604) using a dilution of 1:200. Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
This gene is located on the X chromosome and is the corresponding locus to a Y-linked gene which encodes a tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein. The encoded protein of this gene contains a JmjC-domain and catalyzes the demethylation of tri/dimethylated histone H3.
