KHSRP Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of KHSRP in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with KHSRP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112326) (1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.

KHSRP Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of KHSRP in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections human brain tissue sections using KHSRP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112326) at a dilution of 1:500.

KHSRP Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of KHSRP using KHSRP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112326) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: 293T whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: A673 whole cell lysate, Lane D: MCF7 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 73 kDa. Observed band size: 75 kDa.

KHSRP Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation of KHSRP was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg HeLa whole cell lysate using 4 µL of KHSRP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112326) at a dilution of 1:100, and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 73 kDa. Observed band size: 80 kDa.
