KIAA0100 Antibody (MA5-56502) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of KIAA0100 with HeLa cells. Cells were fixed in 100% precooled methanol (5 min, room temp), then blocked with 1% BSA in 10% negative goat serum (1 hr, room temp). Next they were incubated with KIAA0100 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-56502)at a dilution of 1:100 in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 &(8)451;. Followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L at a dilution of 1:1,000. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
