L3MBTL3 Antibody (A302-853A) in IP
Detection of human L3MBTL3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-L3MBTL3 antibody (Product # A302-853A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. L3MBTL3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-L3MBTL3 antibodies A302-852A and A302-854A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated L3MBTL3, A302-852A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
