LAMP3 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of LAMP3 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and LAMP3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102664) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

LAMP3 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded LAMP3 in human lung tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with LAMP3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102664) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

LAMP3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of LAMP3 in HT29 cell lysate (left lane: treated with the antigen-specific peptide). Samples were incubated with LAMP3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102664).

Target Information

Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells. Immature DCs efficiently capture antigens and differentiate into interdigitating dendritic cells (IDCs) in lymphoid tissues that induce primary T-cell responses (summary by de Saint-Vis et al., 1998 [PubMed 9768752]).
