LIFR Antibody (PA5-47335) in Neu
Neutralization of LIFR in TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in LIFR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47335). Recombinant Human LIF stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by 0.3 ng/mL Recombinant Human LIF is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human LIF Rα Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 6-36 µg/mL.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 7% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse LIF R alpha is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
Signal-transducing molecule. May have a common pathway with IL6ST. The soluble form inhibits the biological activity of LIF by blocking its binding to receptors on target cells.
