LIM1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of LIM1 was performed by separating 50 µg of various tissue extracts by 12% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a LIM1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78394) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

LIM1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot using LIM1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78394). Various tissue extracts (50 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LIM1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78394) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. A similar protein in mice is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
